Helpful Gifts from the Heart has joined forces with Kids Can Give Too!
Kids can Give Too is a new company aimed at teaching children the concept of giving. Instead of asking for wrapped presents on their birthday, they can ask for donations to a participating carity of their choice. Then the child can decide the amount to donate and the remaining money is given to the child in the form of a VISA gift card so that he/she can purchase a gift they would like.
Helpful Gifts is excited to be a participating charity in this new concept of giving!

Cooks Who Care
"Cooks Who Care" are volunteers who provide much needed home cooked treats for the parents and patients on the oncology floor of Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. The hospital does not provide meals for the parents while they stay to take care of their children. This program was designed to give the parents a nice treat and to offset the expenses of buying meals in the hospital cafeteria.
